this is the internet. many people say these things regarding old fights ,etc. Technically, if you believe he is one, you go to the police. It starts with law enforcement and never the general public. No mistakes can be made.Internet laws are made to protect all children. However Internet laws can and will protect the man above because is being bullied. You have no proof. And if you do . get a hold of the police, not on a forum.
