Apparently Ms Ramirez thinks its NOT ok for concerned citizens to expose online police corruption and harassment.  Apparently Ms Ramirez thinks it is ok for police officer Mitts to harass Mr Helton who was and is currently still in a heightened state of agitation over his wife leaving him.  Apparently Ms Ramirez thinks its ok for police officer Mitts to try and increase Mr Helton's agitation by using his police position to try and intimidate Mr Helton in the hopes he does something extreme.
